A multi-portal app for a working kitchen-renovation business — mine.
The admin side is a Kanban + calendar board for jobs, with reports, user management, a visual task-dependency editor, and Claude-powered PDF extraction that turns incoming kitchen specs into structured job data. The trades portal lets subcontractors view assignments, manage digital business cards with QR codes, and sync jobs to their phone calendars via Microsoft Graph. Email notifications and reports go out through Resend.
Includes seven mini-games — one of them a three.js solar system — because a job-management app should have at least one easter egg per portal.
Running the business on software I wrote keeps the feedback loop honest: every feature gets field-tested by real tradies within days.
